Inclusivity

Happy New Year!

Today we're talking about inclusivity, which is one of Surrey Choices' core values. We talk to Ross about feeling included at work, Jordan and Rob about the LGBT community, and Lucy and Chantelle about inclusive language.

We also hear from vocational team staff about how they put inclusivity into practice in their jobs, and special guest Daniel from the Royal Association for Deaf People.
